Returns, Exchange or Refund Policy

Returns:

Please choose your products carefully. We do not refund once full payment has been made and the products have been delivered. The majority of Royal Sleep items (including without limitation, Manchester, sleep surface beds and furniture) cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped or furniture orders have been placed to meet your specific order. Due to this reason we do not normally give refunds or offer exchanges or give credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Exchange:

However, we will facilitate an exchange to another mattress provided the mattress is returned in its original condition and within 30 days. All mattresses must be covered with a mattress protector for exchange purposes.

In order to obtain an exchange or to repair a product that you purchased from Royal Sleep, you must have clear proof of purchase - a receipt. Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined by the store or our factory, we will offer you a repair or exchange.

All exchanges attracts $150 fee for pickup and delivery costs in metropolitan area and re-stocking fee of 10% of sales or $110 whichever is higher.

Any cancellation of orders prior to delivery if you change your mind will incur a minimum fee of $110 for management and order processing fee. Plus any deposit paid will be forfeited unless the production of mattress has not been ordered or made ready for delivery. 48 hours’ notice is required before delivery for all cancellations prior to delivery.

Therefore we recommend that you as a customer to seek for all the necessary information try and test for comfort before making your final decision to purchase.

Refund:

Royal Sleep will not offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use, whether that has been identified by a store representative, the product manufacturer or repair agent. A Refund will only be facilitated if it is deemed that the customer was not at fault and we inadvertently made the mistake and we were not able to replace the actual product purchased within a reasonable time normally within 28 days.

Delay in delivery due to machinery breakdown or delivery truck breakdown does not warrant a refund. It basically means that delivery will be re-scheduled for another day. Royal Sleep may, in its absolute discretion offer you a refund, exchange or credit if:

  • You have clear proof of purchase, a receipt.
  • The product and packaging is in its original condition (including manuals and accessories).
  • The product has not been used or soiled, and
  • No refunds on Manchester, pillows and mattress protectors for hygiene reasons.

If a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price minus any delivery charges and/or cancellation charges.

While we respect your right to privacy, Royal Sleep will require your personal information to provide you with a refund. We have policies and procedures to ensure that all personal information no matter how or where it is obtained is handled sensitively, securely and in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
